These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") apply to all orders placed by customers (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with the Amatoca online shop (hereinafter referred to as “Amatoca,” “us,” or “we”).

By using our website, amatoca.com (hereinafter referred to as “the website” or “the shop”), to browse our range, place an order, or seek information about us, you agree to the application of these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations as well as ours.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. However, the version in effect at the time of your order will apply unless the change is due to new or amended legislation.

Orders

Orders

We do not accept orders from individuals under the age of 18. All deliveries are made exclusively to physical addresses within Switzerland. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or business addresses. Amatoca reserves the right to refuse an order at its discretion.

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information. For details on how Amatoca processes your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Information about our use of cookies can be found in our Cookie Policy.

Once your order is finalized, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation includes product details, pricing, billing, and delivery information. Please review it carefully and contact us at hello@amatoca.com immediately if there are any errors.

If we are unable to deliver one or more items in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You can choose to accept a new delivery timeframe or cancel the affected items. If no response is received within 48 hours, we will proceed to ship the available items or cancel the order.

For prepaid items that cannot be delivered, we will issue a refund for the undeliverable items using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and maintain stock availability, we cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website will always be available for delivery. We reserve the right to make errors in product descriptions, stock availability, and discontinue products without prior notice.

Please note that product images may not always reflect the exact appearance of the item due to variations in screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We aim to present products as accurately as possible, but color and size variations may occur. All product measurements provided are approximate and should not be interpreted as guaranteed specification.

All prices are listed in CHF and include shipping, as we only ship within Switzerland. Prices may be subject to change due to supplier adjustments, printing errors, or incorrect information. Sale prices or discounts apply only while stocks last and cannot be applied retroactively to returns, exchanges, or future purchases.

Amatoca currently delivers exclusively to Switzerland.

Shipping


We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland and do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via Swiss Post with tracking information and the expected delivery is within two - five working days from placing the order.

  • Orders placed by 10 a.m. (CET) Monday through Friday will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed during the weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

​

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

​

Carbon Neutral Shipping:
We are committed to sustainability. All shipments are climate-friendly with Swiss Post’s “pro clima” program, with costs fully covered by Swiss Post.

Delivery Costs & Time

Free Pick Up 8051 Zürich

  • Available in 1 working day.

  • Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your confirmation and ID will be needed. Available times to pick up Monday - Friday 13:00 - 18:00.

  • If you require pickup outside of the available pick up times, please contact us in advance to agree on a time and date. 

 

Free Hand Delivery to Zürich Area

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 - 3 working days.

  • As we launch our business and we are based in Zürich, we want to prioratize hand delivery to save the shipping costs. If you live in Zürich please prioritize this delivery method. 
     

Standard Delivery with Swiss Post (outside of Zürich area)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery costs are fully covered by Amatoca, regardless of the size or value of your purchase.

  • ​If for some reason we can not deliver the order in the delivery window of 3 - 5 working days, we will notify you as soon as possible via email with a new estimated delivery date. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we will take it as we should continue with the new delivery date. â€‹

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.


How to Return a Product & Get a Refund:

 

  1. Contact us at hello@amatoca.com or call us at +41 76 814 42 42 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will let you know the return address. 

  2. Arrange to ship the product back to us using a trackable postal service. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

  3. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 days (refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement) or issue you a credit note for use on the Amatoca website.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:

 

  • Products purchased on sale or with gift vouchers are not eligible for returns.

Exchanging an item

Exchange of purchased items

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions outlined above. Subsequently, you can place a new order for the desired item directly through our shop.

Damaged/ faulty items

Damaged or Faulty Items

We inspect all products before they are sent to our customers. But if the product is damaged or has been incorrectly handled when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product and provide photo evidence of the defective item and its packaging. We will offer you a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, on this website are owned by Amatoca or, where applicable, its licensors. Use of the website and its content, in whole or in part, is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that images, text, and other content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any other purposes without prior written consent from Amatoca.
